Crab Dip

                                                                                                                           

  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons Thousand Island dressing
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 (6-ounce) can crab meat, drained
  • 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Beat cream cheese, salad dressing and milk in small bowl with electric mixer at low speed until smooth. Stir in crab, red pepper, lemon juice and parsley. Cover; refrigerate until serving time. 

Serve with your favorite crackers or small pieces of bread.
