Green Chiles Egg Casserole

16 ounces       Cheese, Monterey Jack, shredded or blended of 4 or 6 cheeses

       2 cups           Cottage Cheese

      ¼ cup            Flour  

        1tsp.            Baking power

        1 stick          Butter

        6 eggs         Beaten

        4.5 ounces   Green chilies, chopped

 

Melt butter and let it stand; 

Mix in flour and baking power.

Mix Monterey Jack, cottage cheese and eggs with butter

Add green chilies

Stir into flour/ baking powder mixture.

Spray 9x13 pan with non-stick cooking spray.

Pour mixture into pan and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees

Note:  I use 8 eggs and 8 ounces of Monterey Jack cheese.
