Hoagie
Sandwiches on the Grill Heat
Grill to medium heat or light charcoal and and wait until they are
almost totally white Cut
8 pieces of heavy duty tin foil to approximately 12x12
pieces. Spread
both cut sides of the hoagie buns with the mustard-mayonnaise. Fill
the buns with turkey or chicken, and salami or summer sausage,
cheese and bell pepper. Place
sandwiches on foil and seal each securely with double folded seals When
ready to grill, place sandwiches on gas grill over medium heat or on
charcoal grill approximately 4 to 6 inches from coals. Cook

Creamy mustard-mayonnaise sauce
1 to 1/2 lbs
sliced cooked turkey (or chicken)
