My Mom's MeatBalls

3 lbs Ground beef   (  use 80/20)
1 cup Mothers oats  (or use Italian seasoned bread crumbs)
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 or 2 Eggs
1/4 cup Ketchup
  Milk (just a little - no more than 1/8 cup)

 

  1. Mix ingredients well

  2. Wet your hands and shape into balls about the size of a large walnut

  3. Place in microwave dish and cook on high for about 5-6 minutes

  4. Place in sauce to finish cooking for about 15 minutes.

Serve with My Mom's Spaghetti Sauce over your favorite pasta
