Grilled Hamburger

  3 lbs

  Ground Beef

  3 Tbsp

  Lea & Perrin Worscestershire Sauce

  1 tsp

  minced garlic

  1/4 cup

  Italian seasoned bread crumbs

  pinch

  salt

  pepper to taste

  1.  Mix ingredients together and form into patties

  2.  Pre-heat grill on high for about 5 minutes and then reduce temperature to medium.

Place hamburgers on lower grate of grill spacing them for evenly.

Close grill top for even cooking.

  3.  Do not continually smash your burgers or turn them frequently.  If necessary

(because the burgers become too rounded) smash them once before flipping

over to cook the other side.  Smashing them or frequently turning the burgers

       will yield a dry hamburger.

  4.  Remove from Grill when the internal temperature reaches 160° for the perfect juicy

hamburger.   Cook 1-2 more minutes for a well done hamburger.

  5.  Top with cheddar cheese if desired and serve with your favorite toppings.

Something to think about when cooking on a grill:

Most hamburgers cook very quickly on the outside yet the hamburger never reaches a

safe internal temperature.   A safely cooked hamburger is cooked to internal temperature

of 160 °, even though it's pink inside. if you do not have a meat thermometer.... insert a

toothpick and watch to see if the juice is clear or red.. A hamburger can be considered

safe if the juices are clear.
