MeatBall Sandwich

  3 lbs

  Ground Beef

  1 tsp.

  Garlic - chopped finely

  1 small

  Onion - chopped finely

  1/8 tsp

  Salt

  1/16 tsp

  Pepper

  1/4 cup

  Ketchup

  1 ½ to 2 cups

   Italian flavored bread crumbs (I use Progresso)

  2

  eggs

 

  Your favorite spaghetti sauce - (I use Prego Meat Spaghetti Sauce)

 

  1.  In large mixing bowl add ground beef, ketchup, eggs, salt, pepper, onion,

       garlic and mix well.

  2.  Incorporate Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs and mix well until

       you can no longer see them.

  3.  Roll meat mixture into balls the size of a large walnut. Place up to 14 meatballs

       in a microwave safe baking dish and cook on high for 6 minutes per batch

       until all meat balls are cooked.

  4.  Place in slow-cooker on medium temperature add spaghetti sauce and continue

       cooking on low for about 1 to 1 ½ hours.

  5.  Serve with provolone cheese on a large roll. Great served with potato salad

       or a pasta salad and baked beans

  6.  Freeze leftovers up to 3 months to use with spaghetti at a later time.
