Peachy Tender Pork Chops

1 29oz can Peach halves - (save the syrup)

4 -6 Pork Chops

I envelope Shake & Bake for Pork

1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar

1/4 c ketchup

2 Tbsp vinegar

 

1.  Drain Peaches and set syrup aside (make sure to save 1/2 cup syrup for 

     serving 

2.  Moisten 6 pork chops with 1/4 cup syrup

3.  Coat the chops with shake & Bake for Pork and bake as directed on package 

     or for 40 minutes

4.  Add Peaches to pan with pork chops and brush with some syrup.  Return to 

     oven for 2 minutes or until peaches are just heated.

5.  Heat in saucepan 1/2 cup syrup with firmly packed brown sugar, ketchup and 

     vinegar until brown sugar is melted

6.  Serve Pork Chops with some peaches and hot syrup over top.
