Buffalo Chicken Tacos

2 tbsp  Oil
1 pkg Taco seasoning or hot taco spices and seasoning.  
1/2 cup  Water
1 lb Boneless skinless chicken breasts in halves
1 med Avocado (mashed)
1/2 cup Ranch dressing
6 Soft taco floured tortillas (warmed)
  Hot pepper sauce
  Crumbled Blue Cheese
  Shredded carrots (optional)
  Chopped Fresh Cilantro (optional)

 

  1. Make marinade with first three ingredients. (reserve 1/2 cup)

  2. In resealable plastic bag add chicken pieces and remaining marinade 

  3. Marinate Chicken in refrigerator for 30 minutes to 3 hours.

  4. Remove chicken from plastic bag and toss marinade inside and bag

  5. Grill or broil chicken turning once brushing with reserved marinade.  Cook for 16 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.  

  6. Mix avocado and ranch dressing until smooth then spread onto tortillas

  7. Top with sliced chicken and remaining ingredients.
