Lazy-Day Piroghi |
| 2 sticks | butter or oleo |
| 4-5 large | sliced onions |
| 5-6 large | potatoes (boiled and mashed with nothing added) |
| 2-3 cups | Shredded longhorn or sharp cheddar cheese - (I use 1 1/2 c of both) |
| 8 | lasagna noodles (cooked and drained) |

1. Cook onions slow in butter until soft and just starting to brown 2. Mash potatoes and add the cheese. 3. In a 13" x (" pan add a tiny amount of butter and layer 4 cooked noodles on top overlapping the noodles. 4. Spread 1/2 the potato mix on top and layer 1/2 of the cooked onions. 5. Repeat with remaining noodles and the rest of the potatoes and onions. 6. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour. |
