or Chicken Croquette's CROQUETTE'S INGREDIENTS
WHITE SAUCE WITH PEAS INGREDIENTS
SWISS CHEESE SAUCE INGREDIENTS
In
small pan dissolve bouillon in boiling water In
Medium pan melt margarine and cook green pepper and onion until
soft. Then stir in flour until smooth. Add
Bouillon liquid and milk and cook until thick stirring constantly for
about 2 - 3 minutes. Add
to ground turkey or chicken and add parsley and lemon. Cover and
chill well. With
wet hands, shape into 8 (1 inch) balls or triangle shaped towers.. Roll
in bread crumbs and dip into egg and roll again in bread
crumbs. Fry
a few croquette's at a time in oil at about 325 Degrees for 6 to 7
minutes or until nicely browned. Serve with Sauce over
them. (I prefer the white sauce & peas WHITE
SAUCE WITH PEAS Melt
margarine and stir in flour until smooth. Add milk gradually
while stiring constantly. reduce heat and cook 3 minutes
longer. Stir in seasonings and peas and heat thoroughly.
SWISS
CHEESE SAUCE Melt
margarine and stir in flour and bouillon until smooth. Add Milk
and cook until bouillon dissolves and sauce starts to thicken.
Remove from heat and add cheese stiring constantly until cheese melts.

Shredded Swiss Cheese
NOTE: Bake
croquettes 15 minutes at 350 degrees instead of frying to save
calories
