Apple Pie Prepare
crust according to directions. Place
on foil lined baking sheet. Make sure foil is smooth and free of
creases. Mix
3/4 cup sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Add
apples and toss in bowl to coat with mixture. Spoon
apple mixture into center of crust within 2 inch of edge. Bring
bottom crust up over apples and fold over to form a crust at the edge of about 2
inches pleating or folding crust as needed. The center will be
open. Brush
edge of crust with egg white and sprinkle edge with 1 tsp sugar Bake
in preheated 425 degree over for 20 minutes or until apples are tender
and crust is golden brown. Cool before slicing. Recipe
