Hot Chicken Salad

2 cups Diced Cooked Chicken
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1/2 Tsp  Salt
1/2 tsp  Pepper
1 cup Celery (chopped)
1/2 cup Mayonnaise (Helmann's or Best Foods Preferred)
1/4 cup Bread Crumbs
1/2 cup Grated Cheddar or Swiss Cheese

 

  1. Combine Chicken, Lemon Juice, Salt, Pepper and Celery.

  2. Add Mayonnaise and mix well

  3. Place in buttered 1 qt casserole.

  4. Mix remaining ingredients and sprinkle over chicken.

  5. Bake in 350 degree over for 30 minutes

Note: Celery will be semi tender but on the crisp side
