1 pkg (12 oz) Hot or Spicy sausage
16 oz Processed cheese Spread; Cubed
1 can (15 oz) Chili without beans
Cook sausage thoroughly and drain off fat.
Make sure sausage is cooked because you will only be heating it in the
slow-cooker.
Place cheese in a slow-cooker sprayed with
non-stick cooking spray.
Add cooked sausage and chili and cover and cook on low 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until
heated through and cheese is thoroughly melted.
Do not over cook or cheese will become too thick. Serve hot
Varations: Add sliced olives. You can
also substitute ground beef for the sausage
