Horseradish Bacon Dip

 

2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (8 ounces)

1 cup dairy sour cream

1 tablespoon prepared horseradish

1/4 cup crumbled, cooked bacon (about 2 strips)

2 tablespoons chopped chives 


Blend cheese, sour cream, horseradish and bacon in blender or food processor. Stir in chives. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to blend flavors. 

Serve with your favorite crackers.
