Spinach Dip

1 cup sour cream 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard 1 (0.7-ounce) package Italian salad dressing mix 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and
well drained 1/4 cup finely grated carrot 2 Tablespoons finely chopped red bell pepper Blend sour cream, mustard and salad dressing mix in bowl.
Stir in spinach, carrot and pepper. Refrigerate until serving time.
Garnish as desired. |

Serve Dip with your favorite crackers or with small pieces
of bread. You can also hollow out a loaf of bread and place this in
the center. Save center bread for dipping pieces. |
