The Peel-able Hard Boiled Eggs

with yolks are bright yellow (not green tinted)

  

  1.  Place all the eggs you wish to cook in a pot. 

       (it doesn't matter how many eggs you cook for this cooking method

  2.  Cover eggs completely with one added inch on top of luke-warm water  

       and cover with a snug lid.

  3.  Heat Eggs on a high temperature until the water reaches a full rolling boil

  4.  The very minute the eggs reach the boiling point remove them from the 

       flame and place on a trivet to continue cooking for 18 MINUTES.

  5.  After the 18 minutes start to cool the eggs immediately by adding the 

       very coolest  water you have.  Iced water will work best. This is the 

       secret to peel-able eggs
