Cranberry Cake With Hot Butter Sauce

Cranberry Cake |

3 Tbsp Butter 1 Cup Sugar 2 Cups Flour 1 Cup Milk 3 tsp. Baking Powder 1/2 tsp Salt |

3 Cups Fresh Cranberries |
|

Hot Butter Sauce |
|
2 Cups Sugar 2 Tbsp. Flour 1 Cup Butter 1 Cup Cream 2 Tbsp Vinegar 2 tsp. Vanilla |

Mix the cake ingredients in order. Fold in 3 Cups fresh Cranberries. Bake at 350º for 30 to 35 minutes in a
9x9 inch greased pan When Ready to serve Bring the Sauce
Ingredients to a Boil. Serve HOT butter sauce over the hot cake. The sauce can be made ahead and
refrigerated until ready to heat. |

Cranberries are seasonal so buy them
and freeze them to use during the summer. |
