Reuben Hot Dog

1 pkg Semi-hard sandwich bun
1 pkg Ball Park Beef hotdogs (or your favorite brand of beef dogs)
16 slices Swiss Cheese
1 jar Sauerkraut  (you can cook this ahead to make tender)
  Pastrami or Corned Beef  (your preference) I use Pastrami
dressing-

Thousand Island Dressing or Mustard  (your preference) 

I use a mix of mayonnaise and a brown spicy mustard

NOTE: Use a Sturdy hotdog/sandwich bun - Not one that will fall apart easily
  1. Preheat Oven to 325 degrees

  2. Assemble Hot Dog with 2 slices of cheese on bottom of bun, 1 hotdog, 1/8 cup cooked sauerkraut, and your choice of corned beef  or pastrami on the sides of the hotdog. 

  3. Add your choice of dressing, (thousand island dressing, mustard or other)

  4. Roll in aluminum foil and bake for 3-5  minutes or until cheese is melted and hotdog is hot.

This is easy to make ahead of time to serve for a get family gathering or camping.
