chopped green bell pepper

flour

milk

PREPARATION

Combine ground meat, salt and Worcestershire sauce. Form 6 patties, brown in skillet and drain.

In skillet melt margarine, add onions, and pepper, cook until tender.

Blend in flour and 1/2 tsp salt, add milk stir. Cook until thick.

ASSEMBLY

In 10 by 6 inch baking dish layer 2 noodles 1/2 of the white sauce and 1/2 of the cheese. repeat layering noodles and sauce, top with meat patties

Bake 350 for 20 min,

Divide remained of cheese into 6 pieces top meat patty and bake for 2 more min.
