18 oz cream cheese                                         

1/2 cup Sugar

1 egg                                                               

1 can of cherries

1/2 tsp vanilla                                                   

Vanilla Wafers 

Directions:

Mix cream cheese with egg, vanilla and sugar.  Line mini cupcake tins with mini liners.  place one vanilla wafer in each liner.  Fill 3/4 full with cheese mixture.  Bake at 375º for 10 minutes.  Top with cherries or any of your favorite toppings. 

IF freezing these to use later.....Do not top with cherries until serving.
