Filling ingredients

nuts, ground

sugar

egg whites

Dough Ingredients

4

cups

flour

cups

oleo or margarine softened

4

egg yolks beaten

cup

sour cream

FILLING

Combine filling ingredients and cook until sugar is dissolved is thick. Set aside to cool

DOUGH

Place Flour in large bowl, cunt in margarine until it resembles coarse crumbs (like pie dough)

Add egg yolks and sour cream. Mix until combined well

Turn out on floured surface and knead until smooth and not sticky. Kneed in additional four if needed.

Refrigerate

Roll out 1/4 of the dough on a floured surface to 16" by 12" and 1/8 " thick

Cut into squares and put 1/2 tsp filling in the center. overlap corners and pinch to seal

Place on greased cookie sheet, brush with beaten egg and bake at 400 for 12 min or until brown.
