Cook
Bow-Tie Macaroni according to package directions Cut
Chicken into bite sized pieces Add
Salt and Pepper to chicken and mix In
large hot skillet add olive oil, chicken pieces and cook on
stovetop using medium heat until almost cooked
(about 10-15 minutes) Add
minced Garlic to chicken and cook for 5 more minutes
Turn heat on burner up to almost high and lightly brown
chicken Drain
& rinse bow-tie's and place on serving plate and
sprinkle with desired amount of Parmesan Cheese. Add
chicken and some of the olive oil on top of noodles Top
with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
