Bow-Tie Garlic Chicken
3 - 4 lbs Chicken (boneless and skinless)  I use thighs
1/4 cup Extra Light Virgin Olive Oil
3 Tbsp Minced Garlic
1/2 tsp Salt  
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 pkg Bow-Tie Macaroni 
  Parmesan Cheese
   
OPTIONAL Feta Cheese
NOTE: More Olive Oil, Garlic, Salt and Pepper can be added according to taste.  
  1. Cook Bow-Tie Macaroni according to package directions

  2. Cut Chicken into bite sized pieces

  3. Add Salt and Pepper to chicken and mix

  4. In large hot skillet add olive oil, chicken pieces and cook on stovetop using  medium heat until almost cooked   (about 10-15 minutes)

  5. Add minced Garlic to chicken and cook for 5 more minutes

  6. Turn heat on burner up to almost high and lightly brown chicken

  7. Drain & rinse bow-tie's and place on serving plate and  sprinkle with desired amount of Parmesan Cheese.

  8. Add chicken and some of the olive oil on top of noodles

  9. Top with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
