Beef
Stroganoff
2
cups water
2 beef bullion cubes
1 8oz container of sour cream
sliced mushrooms
2
lbs beef sliced into strips
1 lb wide noodles
1 Tbsp tomato paste
flour to coat meat
oil
Combine
water and bullion and set aside.
Coat beef with flour and then brown the meat with the mushrooms in oil.
Add the water/bullion mix to browned beef
Add tomato paste (never add more than 1Tbsp)
Add the sour cream (never add more than 8oz)
heat on medium temp until thickened
Serve over noodles.
