Macaroni and Cheese

1 lb

 Elbow macaroni

 2 1/2

 Cheese (longhorn- Muenster-Cheddar-Swiss & American)

 1/2 gal

 Milk

 2 pkgs

 White Sauce

NOTE:

Cheese can be shredded or cubed and use some of each cheese with more longhorn if possible

1.  Add white sauce to milk and stir until thickened

2.  Lightly butter a 2 or 3 qt baking dish to prevent sticking

3.  Place some cooked macaroni in baking dish and add some cheese   

     mixture

4.  Continue layering macaroni and cheese until you have about 1/2 cup 

     cheese left.

6.  Add leftover cheese to white sauce mixture and stir until melted

7.  Pour evenly over macaroni

8.  Do not cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours.
